Great quality, excellent ingredients, great packaging, helps decrease inflammation so it helps my knee and hip joint pain, taste isn’t bad but doesn’t easily dissolve in mouth enough to taste it, I’ve definitely benefited from taking this, I can tell a difference and improvement in my joints.
