This supplement has EPA, DHA, PS and Alpha GPC combo - these are believed to be crucial for brain health. When I am not taking LE Cognitex Basics, I would take this as a replacement. It is too early I guess to tell if this supplement is as good / better than Cognitex Basics, but I believe Natural Factors product is also a trustworthy brand. I might update this review if a remarkable effect is seen later
