K2 + D3 provides cardiovascular and bone support with clinically studied MenaQ7® vitamin K2 plus high potency vitamin D3. The two vitamins complement one another to help the body absorb and use calcium for healthy bone support. Vitamin K2 helps transport calcium away from the blood vessels by decreasing levels of the inactive form of Matrix Gla-Proteins (MGPs). Active MGPs bind calcium in the blood and support healthy calcium deposition in bones.
Adults take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Do not exceed recommended dose.
Cellulose, plant-derived capsule (hypromellose), calcium laurate, silica.
Contains no gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, or artificial colors or flavors.
