Fantastic product! I was quite sceptical about it at first as there are many similar products on the marker that claim similar properties, but are quite useless. This lip ointment is clear, but has a thick, sticky texture. It provides a cooling sensation when applied which quickly subsides after a few minutes. The ointment smells and tastes of sweet mint. It has great healing properties and tends to leave lips well moisturised, smooth and soft to touch. It is best applied at first signs of cold sore coming (tingling or burning sensation). I would definitely recommend this product and will absolutely re-purchase it again. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good it is given the relatively low price.

It contains Allantoin, an effective anti-irritant for the skin, calming and soothing sensitive areas. It has been used to effectively help promote wound healing. It also contains small amounts of Menthol and Camphor, which can be irritating to skin, but somehow work in this formulation. Aptly named “The Fixer”, because it does! I strongly recommend.

wonderful product. no scent at all, usage fits perfectly to heal lips. I set it at night before i go to sleep and in the morning my lips are soft and ready for makeup. packaging suites the product, also size if perfect.

My lips are dry and chapped even in the summer, so I've been looking for my best lip balm for years. I consider The Fixer as good as Nuxe lip balm white lid (exfoliating type) that I've been using for years, not as moisturizing as Petifee Camelia lip mask. Still searching for my HG lip balm.

Great product! You feel an instant relief after applying the product on your lips. Just be careful cause the instructions say you can only apply 4 times a day.

I like this lip balm very much. It can help heal cracks in your lips in winter when no other balm can help. It saved my lips many times when they were all dry and chipped. However, to tell you the truth, I am not a great fan of the smell.

The menthol helps keep me from biting my lips and the shine is a perfect gloss. I have 2 more in my cart for my night stand and my car! I wish I found this sooner!
