This powder is great for recipes where you need small amounts of coconut milk. I like not having to open (or go buy) a can of coconut milk. Great for soups, sauces, drinks, oatmeal, so many uses! Quality, taste and price are great. No sugar added and no preservatives, so great!

Nice alternative to buying coconut milk. No additives. I use it to make green tea lattes and thai curry. I prefer using this than liquid coconut milk because the liquid ones in grocery stores all seem to have gums or preservatives in it which upsets my gut. The only negative is that there are tiny bits of coconut flakes (with similar texture to coconut flakes for baking) that don't dissolve.

I was looking for a product like this as quite often I only need a small quantity of coconut milk and a canned one would go bad before I managed to use it.It has sllightly milder flavour than the taste of canned one,but does the job,good in vegan soups and sauces.

Natural sweetness and very strong coconut flavor. It hard to not eat it directly out of the jar! goes well with milk, and can be used for baking as well
