There were days where I was flat out tired laying on the couch without any energy to do anything but look forward at the TV. I recall at least one occasion where I was laying there and had an idea to take some D-Ribose. I did just that and didn't ingest anything else. I went and sat exactly where I was on the couch. About 15-30 mins later, I felt a renewal and was ready to get active again. 👍🏼 My only concern about this D-Ribose is that it doesn't taste as pure as others I've had in the past all from iHerb. The pure, sweet taste seems to be less pronounced in this product. Whether this is an indication of purity or simply an indication of my taste buds, I don't know. After a few weeks I noticed an improvement in my pain levels, like anything, it takes a few weeks to work but the wait is worth it. For anyone suffering from Fibromyalgia, it does help to lessen pain. I put it into my meal replacement shake for breakfast and lunch, its quick and easy to use, and I can stop taking pain killers which is a great!

Package contains 300g enough for 60 days. It's my second order, only downside is every time it is getting more expensive.
