It has two types of collagen in it. It also has protein and calories. The pills are medium to large size. It’s great value and a really cheap iHerb brand so I highly recommend this product! It says that you take 3 pills twice a day in an empty stomach and eat after half an hour at least But i only take one or two a day as maximum It been about month now and i see no changes Lets for another one and we will seeee

Great product and came in good packaging. Composition is good and appears to me like it is pure collagen. Cheaper compared to other funky products which add collagen to a bunch of other things. Don't feel much difference after taking it as it has to be over a long period but back and knee pains feels reduced. Skin looks and feels better as well.

First of all, the quality is good. I use it against pain in my legs and knee and for better skin. It works well against pains but no changes on the skin (I don't see any improvement or effect after 2 months). The taste is good. The package is really big and economic.
