This rice is amazing, The texture is nice and sticky like it should be for sushi rice. I love that it is Organic and the package is reusable that is always a bonus. Keep in mind that you should store your rice in the fridge for more shelf life. I am glad that iHerb have Lundberg Organic Sushi Rice on their site as I can always try new kinds of rice. I wish that Lundberg had more size options to choose from Really lovely will buy again.
