The size is okay and not too big, I have bought both tablets and capsules at the same time because MSM is not only for joint pains, but also helps with skin health, hair growth and exercise recovery. After a month of taking the tablets, I am satisfied with the condition of my hair - it is less likely to fall out and grow faster, and my nails have become stronger. Although it is difficult to say unequivocally that this is only the effect of methylsulfonylmethane as I have been taking other products for hair, skin and nails at the same time. I've also read that it should reduce inflammation in the joints. But I haven't noticed that so far. MSM from Natural Factors suits me because of its good value for money.

I workout quite abit. My joints are inflamed. After taking it regularly. They are less inflamed and my skin has improved as well. MSM might build up in our body so be sure not to overdose.
