I've used Nature's Answer thyme leaf extract for several years now and have always found it works well. I'd prefer if it didn't contain any alcohol but there are few options available for solely glycerin-based thyme extract supplements.

This is great! I have been using it as a light internal cleanse whenever I feel i need it. Once every 2-3 days. If I have a sore throat I'll gargle with it and irritation is eased. A pleasant light refreshing taste.
