I initially purchased the Naturelo brand multivitamin for our daughter (for teens), and then more recently for myself (women 50+). No complaints. I have been taking them for couple of years now, and our daughter a while longer. I *really* like that the B12 is the methylcobalamin form, which is the reason I switched from the multi I had been taking, and one reason I chose them for our daughter. Would recommend.
