My son loves the taste. I can say it's of high quality and the size of the tablets is just enough for a teenager. I am sure he can have a lot of benefits from it because it fits his age and day-to-day activities. I will definitely order again.
My teenage son is extremely picky when it comes to taking vitamins. In fact I haven’t been able to get him to take any - except for these! He likes the taste. I like the quality of the ingredients. I have two sons and one of them is very picky about the taste of vitamins. He approves this one and that makes my life easier as he is also a picky eater. I only give one tablet every other day or so, not the recommended dose of two a day and I try to give them a wholesome diet. Tablet itself is quite large but it's chewable so there is no issue. It seems to cover a wide range of minerals and vitamins that growing body needs. I don't see a very visible difference in my kids but then again it would be a bit scary if I did!
Had compared quite a few brands of multivitamins and finally chose this based on the quality ingredients listed. This is an easy way to get teens to take their supplement cos they taste good and are chewable. One of my kids is truly terrible at swallowing pills! Each serving is just 2 decent sized tablets.

Excellent composition of vitamins and has a pleasant taste. It is a great option for teenagers who hates capsule/ tablet. My son love it, he takes his vitamins every morning and night without reminding him.
My 8 year old son started taking this to benefit his digestive system and just to supplement his overall health. I know the age says for teens, but we only give him 1 pill once a day, and that frequency seems fine, though I make sure he eats it at lunch, which is a bigger meal, and that helps it to not affect him as much. He said the taste is fine, though not his favorite. :)
