I have been struggling with IBS symptoms for a few years now and nothing seemed to alleviate the discomfort like the Trace Minerals probiotic. I don’t feel bloated anymore and constipation is a thing of the past. It definitely helped the intestinal microbiome because now I can eat foods I couldn’t digest before due to excessive gas.
