One of the most frequently bought flavours in Yogitea. The lemon flavour is easy to drink any time of the year and is a good vitamin supplement in the winter. I don't know if it helps the Immune system, but I drink it in the hope that it helps a little. I often buy a few boxes in the autumn as they often sell out in the winter.
