For all-day energy, and to reduce fatigue, swallow 2 Energize tablets with a full glass of water. Begin use with one-half the recommended dose for the first week (one tablet once a day). Do not exceed more than 2 tablets (1 serving) in any 24-hour period.

Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Consult with your primary physician prior to use if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, including high blood pressure, thyroid problems, nervous disorders, or if you are using MAO inhibitors or taking any prescription drugs. Each sustained-release tablet contains approx. 97 mg of caffeine. Individuals who are sensitive to caffeine should begin use with one-half the recommended dosage and limit the use of other caffeine- containing foods and drinks while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, and sleeplessness.
